Campaigns and Analytics
Generating your Cast presentations creates unique URLs for each customer in your contact list. To get started, go to the Campaigns and Analytics tab.
At first, you will only have the option to create a new campaign. Click on the Generate button to create your first campaign.
Once the Campaign is created, There are a few options for delivering your casts:

Export Presentations with URLs
From the Deliver dropdown on your Campaign, click on the option for “Export Presentation with URLs.”
A CSV file containing the personalized presentation URLs will be downloaded. You can use a third-party deliverly tool to send the casts.
Export Presentations with URLs and Fields
From the Deliver dropdown on your Campaign, click on the option for “Export Presentation with URLs and Fields.”
A CSV file containing the personalized presentation URLs AND Cast Contact Fields, Fields and Snippets will be downloaded.
Deliver as Email
From the Deliver dropdown on your Campaign, click on the option for “Deliver as Email.”
Note: You must have email delivery configured in order to Deliver as Email. Follow the link in the dropdown, or click on the “Configure Delivery” at the top of the page.
Once you are on the Design Email page, customize your email subject and email body. Save your changes, and then go back to the Campaigns and Analytics page.
Press the option for “Deliver as Email to open the confirmation popup. Type the confirmation message and press “Confirm” to deliver your cast presentations!
After creating your first Campaign, the
Analytics section appears on the right side of the screen. It shows statistics for your presentations, including
- feedback received, and
- recommendations clicked.
It also displays Delivery Metrics once you send the cast presentations to your contacts.
Note: The Analytics numbers will remain at zero until you deliver your presentations and your contacts interact with them.
