Welcome! This guide will get you up and running with Cast.app in about 15 minutes. You’ll create your first automated presentation campaign and understand the core workflow.

By the end of this guide, you’ll have:

  • ✅ Understood the basic workflow

Different roles have different priorities when getting started with Cast.app. Choose the path that best matches your responsibilities:

Setting up Cast.app for your team

  1. Click “Create an account” at the bottom of the login page
  2. Enter your email and choose a secure password
  3. Answer the setup questions about your use case
  4. Choose a template that matches your goal:
    • Customer Health Review - For QBRs and health check-ins
    • Onboarding Journey - For new customer success
    • Product Adoption - For feature usage and expansion

💡 Tip: You can always change templates later, so pick the closest match to get started.

  1. Click “Generate Preview” in the top right of the Workflow
  2. In the Generate Menu, click “Generate”
  3. Wait for processing (usually 30-60 seconds)
  4. Click “Preview” to see your presentation

🎯 What to expect: You’ll see a working presentation with placeholder data. This gives you the structure you’ll customize next.

  2. Use the Slide button to open editing options:
    • Design - Change layout and data sources
    • Narrations - Customize the spoken content
    • Appearance - Adjust colors, fonts, backgrounds
