Here is how you configure each of the recommendations:

Renewal

• Enter the URL to the page on your site that will allow the customer to renew their subscription or service.
• Customize the Title, Description, and Button Label to personalize the recommendation.

Upsell, Cross-Sell, & Add-ons

• Enter the URL to the page that contains the services or products you want to sell to your customer.
• Customize the Title, Description, and Button Label to personalize the recommendation.
