Pretraining (non-generative)

No need to share Gong/Zoom/Chorus recordings:

  • Deepgram – Fast, accurate transcription of Chorus and Zoom recordings.
  • Whisper (OpenAI) – High-quality transcription for Gong recordings.
  • Audio Insights Generator – Extracts tone, pace, volume, and emotional indicators.
  • Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) – Captures sentiment linked to specific conversation topics.
  • DBSCAN – Detects interaction patterns and outliers in conversational data.
  • Spectral Clustering – Groups complex, high-dimensional conversational dynamics.
  • Combined Clustering Approach – Leverages both DBSCAN and Spectral Clustering for comprehensive insight extraction. See last link below for details.

Training and Post-Training (generative)

  • GPT – For text/content generation.
  • ElevenLabs – For voice/audio generation.

The solution relies on third-party vendors: OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Google Cloud (Translate API).

Generative AI Vendors and Use Cases

  • OpenAI – For text rewriting to make content more business-oriented (e.g., refining narrations and recommendations).
  • ElevenLabs Conversational AI (powered by OpenAI’s GPT-5) – To answer customer questions based on presentation/report data, with custom LLM URL or proxy options.
  • ElevenLabs Text-to-Speech – To generate audio narrations for presentations.
  • Google Cloud Translate API – For translating presentation content and recommendations into different languages.

Use of OpenAI Keys

The customer’s own OpenAI key can be used; no need for the vendor’s key. The solution supports proxies and custom integrations for OpenAI-dependent features.

Proxy and Base URL Support

ElevenLabs tools (Conversational AI and TTS) accept a base URL for an internal OpenAI proxy or custom LLM. No direct API access is required.
